Purchased this and it arrived in good condition. Easily put together and for about two weeks my kids had a blast. Then the chain broke. Razor didn't stock chain had to wait three months to get a new one. Bike sat in garage and the kids were bummed.Summer ended and they got about 10 rides on it begore it broke. Then they went to ride it this year and now the rear wheel assembly broke. Guess what part is out of stock. If you're going to make a piece of junk at least you should have the parts in stock to fix them. My kids were very dissapointed in this as am I. Big waste of money. I would go for the 650 not the 500. It seems to be made a little better although you still have the parts problem. Don't say I didn't warn you.
